Sterling silver plaque wraps around the barrel, engraved with a map representing the tactics employed by the great general at Normandy. Beneath the map appear the words "Patton's Third Army." On the opposite side of the pen there is a low-relief image of a tank.
The pen's cap, made of a special dark olive green resin, is set with four general stars in sterling silver. The cap band is engraved "Patton." Two-tone 18k gold  nib with the Krone logo. At the base of the clip in enamel is the epaulette of the Seventh Army, which Patton wore on his uniform during the Sicily campaign. Beneath this there's a tiny oval that encases a tiny fragment of the real epaulette worn by the great man himself.

Dedicates to the saint that established Christianity in Ireland. The barrel is a luminescent, brilliantly colored painting over a hand barrel, re-creating the glowing stained glass of that time. The cap and blind cap are of rich briarwood, which is delicately carved with a Celtic pattern. An antique bronze clip and a band etched with "EIRE", which means Ireland in Gaelic, finish this masterpiece.
